Record numbers of 20 Indo-Americans are contesting the US Congress elections being held this year. They have collectively raised 15.5 + million USD so far as revealed by the fresh official figures. Seven of them have raised more than 1 million dollars individually.

Jayapal, Bera, Khanna, and Krishnamoorthi are the 4 Indo-Americans in the existing US House of Representatives. They are together known as the Samosa Caucus.
