UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS at ARLINGTON Probably many of you asked me to review UTA but it doesn't interests me too much because people have considered it as an easy ticket to US. And you'll find this review a bit critical but if you are determined to go ,work hard and do not have too much flashy things on your profile you can consider it.

PROFILE Requirements : 300 Around , Avg/Good GPA , Low/Mod/High experience. PROS : 1. It's Cheap. And that's the only thing which makes it a lucrative offer. 2. UTA have good course structures and faculties. A matter of fact KALPANA CHAWLA was an ALUMNI of UTA. So you can make it for yourself if hard work is there you can reach up to such heights as well. 3. VISA acceptance is good. CONS : 1. Getting your desired courses during Grad is going to be tough. 2.You won't miss India. Probably you'll be finding a lot of them. And will hardly miss on the vibes. Plus weather in TEXAS definitely will make you feel so. 3. You're not getting a job easily here because the thing is there maybe 300-400 people like you looking for same and opportunities are less . University hardly make any efforts from their end and you're on your own here. I think we're done here for the day. Please let me know what we can do next.
