Refund Policy

All payments made to Admivo are final, binding, and non-refundable. This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Admivo, a service operated under Stacy Blackman LLP, through www.admivo.in or any associated platform.

Upon successful completion of payment:

• No cancellation is permitted
• No refund shall be issued under any circumstances
• No transfer or adjustment to other services or individuals is allowed

This applies irrespective of the time elapsed after payment, including requests made immediately after payment, within minutes, or before service utilization.

This policy is legally enforceable under:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872A valid contract is formed once the user accepts terms and completes payment.
• Information Technology Act, 2000Electronic acceptance (checkbox, clickwrap agreement) constitutes binding consent.
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019No refund obligation exists where terms are clearly disclosed and service nature is non-tangible and time-based.

Admivo provides personalized consulting, profile evaluation, strategic guidance, and document preparation support. These services involve:

• •Immediate allocation of expert resources
• •Intellectual effort and proprietary processes
• •Time-bound consulting commitments

Therefore, services are deemed "consumed" upon onboarding, making refunds impractical and legally non-mandatory.

• Financial constraints
• User-side delays
• Subjective dissatisfaction
• Non-utilization of services
• Admission rejection
• Visa refusal
• External delays

Users agree that initiating false or unjustified chargebacks is a violation of this agreement. Admivo reserves the right to contest disputes using IP logs, timestamps, and consent records, and may initiate legal proceedings for reputational damages.
