Client Responsibilities

Submit all required documents and materials within specified deadlines
Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
Make timely payments for services as agreed in your service contract

Payment Terms

Service fees are due as specified in your individual service agreement

Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in your service contract
Additional fees may apply for expedited services or last-minute requests
All payments must be made in the currency specified in your agreement

University admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the institutions
